Ryan's career background is in business development and consultative sales within the training and development, education, telecom and advertising industries. Most recently, Ryan was the VP of Business Development at Target Training International.

Ryan's education vertical expertise stems from eight years as a business development/enrollment counselor at the University of Phoenix. In this position, Ryan gained extensive knowledge about student recruitment and enrollment, education business development and education lead management.

Ryan said his job at the University of Phoenix was one of the most rewarding of his career.
